SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping is handled by trusted third-party partners, ensuring quality and extensive reach across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over Rs. 500. Orders below this threshold may incur a nominal charge.
  • Express Delivery: Complimentary premium delivery within Lahore.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders received before 11 AM on a working day are shipped the same day; otherwise, within 2-3 working days. Shipment tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact and unused.

  • Exchange: Eligible for an exchange for the same item or one of similar value, with a minor differential amount (up to 5%) adjusted via wallet credit.
  • No Service or Restocking Fee: We do not charge these fees initially; however, they may apply if returns are frequent.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: The buyer is liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.

To facilitate a smooth return, please obtain a Return Ticket ID from our team prior to initiating the process. This helps track your return and minimize errors.

UNBOXING VIDEO
To safeguard against transit damage, please record an unboxing video upon delivery to confirm your items arrive in perfect condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that cancellations may be needed and respect your decision.

  • Dispatched Orders: If cancellation is requested post-dispatch, one-way shipping costs will apply, while we cover return shipping.
  • Before Dispatch: Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be accommodated without issue.

To cancel, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp (Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM). No cancellations are processed on Sundays or National Holidays.

EXCHANGES
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange with the same item. For assistance, please email us at customercare@cricknosports.com and return your item to our Lahore address.
